We maintain a comprehensive safety program through collaboration among our owners, management, and employees, focusing on continuous improvement. Key safety initiatives include:
Employing a full-time Director of Safety
Utilizing a dedicated Safety Committee
Establishing clear safety goals, policies, and responsibilities
Providing extensive safety education and training through in-house and external seminars
Offering safety-related incentives and rewards to employees
Implementing all OSHA-required safety programs
Our commitment to safety is reflected in our ongoing efforts to monitor and upgrade our safety protocols, resulting in an extremely low EMR (Experience Modification Rate) of 0.88 which is way below industry standards. As a result of these practices, between January 2023 and October 2024 we were able to work over 750,000 man-hours without an accident.
Our insurance carrier also supports our safety endeavors with job site inspections, training, and analysis. By prioritizing safety, we not only prevent incidents but also boost field productivity and maintain low insurance costs, ensuring a secure and efficient working environment for all.
