    Mr. DuBois began his professional career as a Project Engineer for a major national construction firm before joining Younglove.  In his early years as a Project Manager at Younglove, his duties focused on managing projects, including review of design drawings for constructability; development of contract specifications, project budgets, and schedules; and procurement of material and equipment for individual projects.  As a Vice President, his role expanded to include field operations, which entailed working with Younglove’s experienced Superintendent team.  His current role is primarily to provide leadership to the Younglove team in implementing the company’s mission to be “Builders of value...Builders of trust”.

    Mr. DuBois is involved in coaching youth basketball, is involved at his local church, and is the Board President of Hope Center (a local non-profit).

    Mr. Gubbels joined Younglove in April of 2006 as a Project Manager after several years of working primarily in electrical construction.  He offers a strong proficiency in the integration and value engineering of electrical and control systems in Younglove projects.  Mr. Gubbels has been active in the Electrical Residential/Commercial Contractors Association (ELRCA) and the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and has been a member of the Grain Elevator and Processing Society (GEAPS) since 2006.

    In his free time, Mr. Gubbels enjoys spending time with his family.  He also enjoys hunting, motorcycle riding, and classic cars.

Jared L. Myers

    Mr. Myers joined Younglove in June of 1999 after successfully completing a double major in Agricultural Engineering and Feed Science.  He had also served as an intern with Younglove prior to that time. 

    Mr. Myers has been involved in estimating, prospect development, proposal development, and project management primarily for our clients in the poultry and grain processing industries.  He is particularly adept in the selection and layout of material handling and feed processing equipment in our feed mill designs.

    Ms. Miller began her professional career as an auditor for a local public accounting firm and then an accounting manager for a local manufacturing firm before joining Younglove as the Accounting Manager in 2000.  She was promoted to Controller in 2004 and Vice President/Controller in 2015.  In 2016, she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer.  Responsibilities include accounting, billing, insurance, tax matters, job costing, data processing, and regulatory compliance.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Construction Financial Management Association.

Carlos Rodríguez

    Mr. Rodríguez started his career working as an estimator, draftsman, and project superintendent in Guadalajara, Mexico, before joining Younglove in 1997.  As a Younglove employee, Mr. Rodríguez helps in the management and design phases in the construction of many different types of grain, feed, and food handling facilities. He is also responsible for coordinating our field, office, and slip help staff on all slipform projects for our company.  Mr. Rodríguez has also served as a Project Manager for W. A. Klinger, L.L.C. (an affiliated company), on projects for the Tyson Events Center and Interbake Foods in Sioux City, Iowa.

    Mr. Rodríguez grew up in the Guadalajara, Mexico, area; and he and his family now make their home in the Sioux City area.

    Shortly after graduating from Iowa Lakes Community College, Mr. Branning joined Younglove as a Design Technician.  After about seven years, he left Younglove to pursue his degree in Construction Engineering and is now once again among the Younglove ranks.  In the interim, Mr. Branning was actively involved as a Project Manager on projects similar to those of Younglove.  He brought with him an established record in project profitability and safety on the projects he has managed.

    Mr. Branning enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as fishing when time allows!

    After obtaining his leadership skills in the United States Air Force, Mr. Pittmann went on to get his Construction Engineering degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.  He put those skills to work for Kiewit Power Constructors before taking a Project Manager position with Younglove.

    A graduate of Minnesota State University with a degree in construction management, Mr. Posivio worked throughout his college career for a local cooperative.  While there, he first assisted in millwright projects and, as he gained experience, was in charge of estimating and creating drawings for expansion projects.  Upon joining Younglove, Mr. Posivio spent a year as the on-site Project Engineer for our Peco Foods project in Corning, Arkansas, and has since joined the Younglove project management staff in the Sioux City office.

    Mr. Reel began his construction career working for a residential construction company in his home state of New York.  During his years at Purdue University, he spent his summers working as a Project Engineer Intern out in Irvine, California.  Upon graduation, he spent a few years working in the New York/Connecticut area before returning to California.  To Younglove’s good fortune, Dan and his wife (who is originally from Sioux City) decided to move back to this area to raise their family!

    After completing high school, Mr. Ebner went directly into the Civil Engineering program at Iowa State University.  Upon completion of the B.S. program, he spent two years in the structural design of nuclear power plants, mainly in the design of structural steel.  He then returned to college to get his M.S. degree in Structural Engineering.  Graduate research was in the area of pile design for jointless bridges.  Since the completion of his M.S. degree, he has been involved in the design of both structural steel and reinforced concrete.

    Mr. Ebner currently carries professional engineering registration in several states, including the following, as well as NCEES certification:  Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon (civil), Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Washington, and Wisconsin.
