This facility is an addition to the original AIPC mill tower to provide room for the expansion of the flour mill’s capacity. The addition is constructed of slipform concrete and was slipped adjacent to the original structure. It measures 34 feet by 37 feet in plan and has a slipform height of 115 feet. There are seven floors, for a total square footage of 8,800 square feet.

In addition to providing space for added equipment, this facility also provides a locker room, office, and spare parts storage room. This facility is supported on auger-cast piling.
