Cargill Animal Nutrition Feed Mill

This Cargill feed mill includes a slipformed concrete processing tower, 45,000-square-foot warehouse, and adjacent office building. Two rail spurs also service the facility for unloading mill ingredients and other products.

The mill is a complete line facility with over 80 interior bins storing standard mill ingredients, textured feed ingredients, pellet mash, and finished feed for both bulk loadout and bagging. Processing equipment includes a 200 hp hammermill, rollermill, flaking mill, one single-shaft mixer, one dual-shaft mixer, a 300 hp pellet mill, 200 hp pellet mill, four different product screeners, two fully automatic bagging lines, and a robotic palletizer.
