Custom designed to meet customer needs, this facility is quite unique. Raw ingredients are received in 25-kilogram boxes, 50-pound bags, 1-ton tote bags, and by bulk truck. The facility includes pneumatic bin loading systems and five separate batching scales from 100 kilograms to 3,000 kilograms. Batching, mixing, and downstream routing are all automated. Packaging lines range from a 50-pound automated packer to a 1-ton tote bagging system of 5-pound specialty bags.
